Our proprietary 21Core™️ fabric has unique properties that makes our scrubs:
- Liquid repellent* - Water & bodily fluids wipe off with ease
- Hair repellent* - hair simply brushes off and doesn't cling
- Stretchy and comfortable with no restriction on movement
- Lightweight & quick dry
21Core™️ fabric is made from Polyester with 1/3 of the polymers used for this fabric being plant derived. Machine wash in cold water. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low and warm/low iron only if required.

*This fabric has been tested by our team of experts for both liquid and hair repellency, in various conditions. While it is designed to repel liquids and hair when proper care instructions are followed, it is not waterproof, and its repellent properties are not guaranteed to last indefinitely.

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS:
To start a return, please create your return through our Returns Portal. You will find instructions there on how to complete your returns form and where to send your package. Make sure your returns package includes your name and order number, and ensure you have completed your returns form. Without a completed form, a store credit will be issued by default. Items returned without using our returns portal will not be accepted.
AUSTRALIAN EXCHANGES: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. We currently offer 1 x free exchange where we post out your exchanged item free of charge for Australian customers only.
USA RETURNS:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please create your return through our Returns Portal. You will find instructions there on how to complete your returns form and where to send your package. Make sure your returns package includes your name and order number, and ensure you have completed your returns form. Without a completed form, a store credit will be issued by default. Items returned without using our returns portal will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our address in Australia. You can source your own courier or postal service to send the items back to us.

We do not offer direct exchanges for our international customers. Please place a new order for the item you wish to receive and submit a return for a refund of your original purchase.
