Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a traceable service as lost returned parcels are the responsibility of the customer.

PLEASE NOTE FOR EXCHANGES:

  • Australian Customers: Exchanges are available. We will facilitate the exchange process and cover the postage for your first exchange.
  • US Customers: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the item you wish to receive and submit a return for a refund of your original purchase.
