Embroidery Return & Shipping Policy
Embroidered items are personalized and, therefore, are considered FINAL SALE - they cannot be returned or exchanged. Double-check your custom text or logo before submission to avoid any errors. If you have any questions, please contact hello@21scrubs.com.au for assistance.
Shipping Times and Guidelines:
- Please allow a minimum of 15 business days for your embroidered items to be dispatched.
- If your order includes both embroidered and non-embroidered items, all items will ship together once the embroidery is complete - unless ordered separately.
- Selecting express shipping will not expedite the embroidery processing times; it only affects the transit time after dispatch.
