Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy which means you have 30 days from receipt of your order to submit a return.

  • Full Price Items - will be eligible for a full refund or store credit to the value of the purchase price of the goods;
  • Final Sale Items - will NOT be eligible for return, store credit, or refund. All final sale purchases are final. Final sale products are marked as “sale”;
  • Promotional Discount/Code & Welcome Code - items will be eligible for a full refund or store credit to the value of the purchase price of the goods.

We cannot accept returns for items that are special order including products with custom embroidery, unless faulty. All items returned must be in its original, unworn and resellable condition with tags attached and in its original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using a traceable service as lost returned parcels are the responsibility of the customer. Any amount refunded or credited in accordance with the above will be less any original shipping charges. 

Items purchased using store credit are only eligible to be refunded back as store credit. No refunds to the original payment method will be provided for these returns.

PLEASE NOTE: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned without any animal hair and in their original, resellable condition. If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted and no refund or store credit will be issued.

 

Australian Returns 

To start a return, please create your return through our Returns Portal. You will find instructions there on how to complete your returns form and where to send your package. Make sure your returns package includes your name and order number, and ensure you have completed your returns form. Without a completed form, a store credit will be issued by default. Items returned without using our returns portal will not be accepted. 

Exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. We currently offer 1 x free exchange where we post out your exchanged item free of charge for Australian customers only.

USA Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please create your return through our Returns Portal. You will find instructions there on how to complete your returns form and where to send your package. Make sure your returns package includes your name and order number, and ensure you have completed your returns form. Without a completed form, a store credit will be issued by default. Items returned without using our returns portal will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our address in Australia. You can source your own courier or postal service to send the items back to us. 


PLEASE NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES:

We do not offer direct exchanges for our US customers. Please place a new order for the item you wish to receive and submit a return for a refund of your original purchase.

Other International Returns

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less any original shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Return to Sender

Any orders that are returned to 21 Scrubs due to incorrect addresses, parcels unclaimed and or rejected customs and duty fees will incur a resend shipping fee of $10 for Australian customers and $20 USD for International customers. 

Any orders that are not resent will incur a restock fee of $10 for Australian customers and $20 USD for International customers.

 

Embroidery Return & Shipping Policy

Embroidered items are personalized and, therefore, are considered FINAL SALE - they cannot be returned or exchanged. Double-check your custom text or logo before submission to avoid any errors. If you have any questions, please contact hello@21scrubs.com.au for assistance.

Shipping Times and Guidelines:

  • Please allow a minimum of 15 business days for your embroidered items to be dispatched.
  • If your order includes both embroidered and non-embroidered items, all items will ship together once the embroidery is complete - unless ordered separately.
  • Selecting express shipping will not expedite the embroidery processing times; it only affects the transit time after dispatch.
