We believe in fast shipping and aim to dispatch your orders within 1-2 working days. Orders placed during busy sales periods such as Black Friday will take longer. Shipping is calculated once the order leaves our warehouse. This means that any cancellations or changes made after your order is placed may not be feasible.Β 

Please note that selecting express shipping will not expedite the packing and processing times; it only affects the transit time after dispatch. Additionally, shipping costs are non-refundable.

When placing an order that includes both in-stock and pre-order items, please note that we ship complete orders only once all items are available. This means that if part of your order is on pre-order, the entire order will be held until those items are in stock and ready to be dispatched. For those who need their in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items. This ensures that your available items are shipped immediately, without waiting for the pre-order items. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help you manage your orders as efficiently as possible.

Re-delivery and restocking charges will apply to any orders returned to sender because they were not claimed or due to incorrect addresses.

Delivery times are estimates only and 21 Scrubs is not liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
